Halloween

Rules for Movie Memory Duel:
1)  Both halves of Brerin must have watched the movie together. 
2)  It must be at least 3 months since having seen the movie. 
3) Each half is given 3 minutes to compose their honest memories of the movies.

Our Halloween-themed movie memory duel is of the movie Halloween!

Erin

Halloween starts out with a long credits scene with a jack-o-lantern and then eventually shows a creepy little boy who stabs someone. In the future, that boy is in prison but he escapes and starts killing people. At first he seems like a regular murderer but eventually we realize that he can’t be killed for some reason. He starts picking off teenagers but at some point someone hides in a closet and he’s out on the lawn and it seems like he should be dead but he’s not. And then he disappears. And I think he wears a Captain Kirk mask which is good trivia but you can’t really tell in the movie.

Brad

The movie starts with this little creepy kid who breaks out of his psych ward. He was sent there by his parents because he was scaring them. I guess it must be Halloween time. Jamie Lee Curtis is one of the main characters. She was a teacher in this move. Man, I don’t remember anything at all. Come Halloween the little kid starts creeping around Jamie Lee’s house. He kills a few people and eventually comes after her. But she gets in a fight with him in the doorway to a room and eventually knocks him out with something, maybe a bat. She looks away though stupidly and when she looks back he is gone, maybe out a window. She let him get away. Can’t believe it! I think I also remember various points where she is walking in broad daylight on the sidewalk and gets scared from cars driving by slowly.
